Your personal data are processed, stored and protected by the Company in accordance with the basic principles and data processing conditions set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("LPPD"). For this purpose, we would like to inform you that we take all kinds of technical and administrative measures for the protection of personal data and we would like to inform you about this issue.

The Company processes your personal data in the capacity of "Data Controller" as defined in Article 3 of the LPPD.
2. Processing Purposes
Your collected personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD:

In addition to your name, company, e-mail and telephone information that you share with your explicit consent in the Contact Us section of our website, some information may be collected by various technologies such as your devices, or third-party service providers like Microsoft Outlook, data about your behavior, demographic information, cookies, internet tags, internet beacons, portable data collection devices (log files, service provider files, clickstream) while using this website. In sharing your personal data, the regulations in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD are complied with and all kinds of technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure data security during and after the sharing process.
Your personal data may be shared with our business partners, third parties from whom we receive services and public authorities within the scope of the purposes listed above and when necessary for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations. These parties will be, in particular, the following:

Pursuant to Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Suppression of Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications, the Company may collect personal data within the scope of the said legislation in cases where it is a hosting provider. At the same time, if the Company becomes aware of violations of applicable laws or suspects certain activities aimed at disrupting public order or committing crimes or contrary to moral values, it may immediately contact the relevant judicial and/or administrative authorities and disclose the information and personal information that such authorities may request to investigate such behavior.
Apart from the purposes mentioned above, any personal data transfer that is incompatible with our Company activities will not be carried out without the explicit consent of the data subject.
6. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

In the processing of your personal data, adherence is shown to the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD and in Article 2 titled 'Processing Purposes' above. Your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent, except for these legal reasons, due to the fact that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation in accordance with Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Suppression of Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned, due to the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
7. Rights of the Relevant Person
As the person concerned, you can contact us about yourself;
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK disappear,
- In case personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request notification to third parties to whom personal data are transferred that they have been corrected or that personal data have been deleted and destroyed within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, we inform you that you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
It is possible to submit your rights and other requests regarding the implementation of LPPD to us in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
The Company will finalize your requests within this scope free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged.
8. Retention Period of Personal Data
The Company will retain the personal data provided by the data subject for the period required by the aforementioned processing purposes.
In addition, in the event of any dispute that may arise between the Company and the data subject, the Company may retain personal data limited to the purpose of realizing the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute and for the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the relevant legislation.
